It started with the fleeting idea
of, “What if?” What if we could rely on fruits and vegetables more than we did
potato chips and cookies? What if we could start caring about every little
thing that we put into our body? What if we could nourish ourselves?
This casual thought became the basis
of our lifestyles. We’re convinced that if you take careful notice of what you
eat, and you’re aware of how it will impact your body, you will notice a
considerable change—mood, attitude and overall energy and health. Springing off
of this central idea, we’ve based the past few months of our lives evolving
this idea into a source of inspiration for others to come to.
When we first started our clean
eating journey, we kept the goal of weight loss in mind. As the days, weeks,
and months went by, we came to realize that this lifestyle is much more than
that. Yes, we’ve lost weight, but our overall happiness and confidence in
ourselves has sky rocketed. We want everyone to have the opportunity to feel
this way. Four months to date, and we’ve reached one thousand followers, made
countless friends, derived inspiration from others, and hopefully inspired a
few along the way. We want you to be the next to feel this good.
